Malaysian producer reveals Jan PP, PE offers to local market
The producer cut its new offers by MYR400/ton ($96/ton) for all PP grades from last month except for homo-PP film, which was down by MYR450/ton ($108/ton).
The producer’s January PP prices now stand at MYR4950/ton ($1178/ton) for homo-PP raffia and injection, at MYR5050/ton ($1202/ton) for homo-PP film, at MYR5200/ton ($1238/ton) for PPBC inj. and at MYR52450/ton ($1297/ton) for PPRC inj., all on an FD Malaysia, 30 days deferred payment excluding VAT basis.
When it comes to PE, the producer’s new offers decreased by MYR400/ton ($96/ton) for HDPE inj., by MYR500/ton ($120/ton) for HDPE film and blow moulding while offers for LDPE grades were down by MYR200/ton ($48/ton) from last month.
The producer’s January PE prices currently stand at MYR4720/ton ($1123/ton) for HDPE film, at MYR4800/ton ($1142/ton) for HDPE blow moulding, at MYR4810/ton ($1145/ton) for HDPE inj., at MYR4600/ton ($1095/ton) for LDPE film, at MYR5090/ton ($1212/ton) for LDPE inj. and at MYR5130/ton ($1221ton) for LDPE coating, with the same terms.
