Olin partially lifts force majeure on chlor-alkali, EDC from Freeport

According to media reports, Olin has partially lifted its force majeure on chlor-alkali and EDC supplies from its Freeport, Texas complex.
The company declared force majeure on its shipments on August 31, following the severe flooding caused by Hurricane Harvey disrupted track, railroad and vessel logistics.
Olin’s Freeport complex did not suffer any damage and continued its production albeit at reduced rates after Harvey.
