Players in India reported that a Taiwanese major has sold out its PVC quota for November shipment as of today, the very same day of its announcement.
According to players, the producer sold out its November allocation to India at its initial announcement level of $940/ton CIF, cash, which shows a $70/ton decrease when compared to its initial October level.
