Poland's PKN Orlen declares force majeure on PTA again

According to market sources, Polish PKN Orlen has declared a renewed force majeure on PTA supply from its 600,000 tons/year plant in Wloclawek, Poland due to a technical issue as of November 29.
This followed the company’s force majeure on PTA supplies from the same plant, which was lifted on November 20 after its shutdown on November 8 due to a technical malfunction in the heat exchanger.
