Poland’s PKN Orlen declares force majeure on PTA

A distributor confirmed that Poland’s PKN Orlen has declared a force majeure on PTA supply from its 600,000 tons/year plant in Wloclawek. This has followed the shutdown related to a technical malfunction in the heat exchanger.
