Russia's SIBUR to expand PTA capacity in Blagoveshchensk

According to a press release on the company’s website, Russian producer SIBUR is planning to expand its PTA production at its Blagoveshchensk site.
The company is expected to upgrade 11 of its facilities to improve the site’s production capacity and safety.
The expansion plan will increase the site’s PTA production capacity to 350,000 tons/year upon its scheduled completion in 2019.
