Russia’s Sibur halts production at Tobolsk-Polimer plant
The plant houses a 500,000 tons/year polypropylene production line and a 510,000 tons/year propane dehydrogenation unit. Sources close to the company report that their propane dehydrogenation unit is operating normally and that one of the plant’s two PP lines is undergoing repiar works while the second line is set to restart soon.
