Russia’s Stavrolen restarts PP unit after unexpected outage

Sources close to the company reported that Russian Stavrolen, a subsidiary of LUKOIL, resumed operations at its PP unit as of November 26 after an unscheduled shutdown.
The 120,000 tons/year unit was shut on November 19 due to technical issues.
