S. Korea’s SKGC to increase PX plant’s operating rate

According to market sources, South Korea’s SK Global Chemical (SKGC) is planning to increase its operating rate at its 1.3 million tons/year PX plant at Incheon following its recent restart in the second half of October.
The plant had been shut for an annual turnaround that was expected to last for a month.
