SABIC, Plastic Energy to build recycling plant in Netherlands
The project came as a part of SABIC’s plans to produce circular polymer products on a commercial scale under its TRUCIRCLE™ portfolio, which was introduced back in 2019.
The new plant will operate as a 50-50 joint venture called SPEAR (SABIC Plastic Energy Advanced Recycling BV) and it is expected to become operational in the second half of 2022.
