SABIC lifts force majeure on PE supply from Germany
The company declared force majeure on the supplies from its 370,000 tons/year LLDPE unit following an unplanned outage at its LD5 unit in early November, sources stated. Yet, this information was not directly confirmed by the company at the time of press.
SABIC Europe has a total PE capacity of 1.48 million tons/year in Geleen, the Netherlands and Gelsenkirchen, Germany.
