Sabic restarts cracker in the Netherlands

Markets sources reported that Saudi Sabic restarted one of its crackers in Geleen, the Netherlands after a planned maintenance that started in mid-March.
The company’s PP plants, which have a combined production capacity of 620,000 tons/year and were shut during the same period, are also back online, sources said.
Sabic’s two crackers at the site have a combined production capacity of 1.3 million tons/year of ethylene.
