Sasol completes divestment of 50% share in US Gemini HDPE

According to press release, Sasol Chemicals North America LLC successfully completed the divestment of its 50% equity stake in US Gemini HDPE on December 31, 2020.
INEOS Olefins and Polymers USA has become 100% owner of the US company after acquiring a 50% stake for $404 million. The company will operate under the name of INEOS Gemini HDPE LLC, the release added.
