According to media reports, a memorandum of understanding was signed between Saudi Aramco and China’s state owned ChemChina to collaborate in the chemicals sector and to study the possible refining of Saudi oil.

The companies will work on the feasibility of ChemChina’s refineries to process Saudi crude oil and possible swaps of refined fuel.
