Saudi Aramco, China’s Norinco agree on new refinery, petchem plant

According to Reuters, Saudi Aramco and China North Industries Group Corp (Norinco) agreed on jointly developing a refining and petrochemical project worth up to $10 billion.
The project will be located in Panjin, China and is expected to expand Saudi Aramco’s presence in China’s downstream industry.
