Saudi suppliers announce lower PP, PE offers for June
A local seller highlighted that the new offers came in line with the market’s previous expectation, tracking the weaker global sentiment.
The major’s offers are now standing at SAR6000/ton ($1600/ton) for LDPE, SAR4838/ton ($1290/ton)for LLDPE, SAR4875/ton ($1300/ton)for HDPE film, SAR5138/ton ($1370/ton) for HDPE b/m, SAR5025/ton ($1340)for HDPE inj., SAR5700/ton ($1520/ton) for PPRC, SAR5363/ton ($1430/ton) for raffia and inj., SAR5513/ton ($1470/ton) for fibre and film, all on FD Jeddah, cash basis.
On a related note, another local supplier announced their new June PE and PP offers with SAR112-300/ton ($30-80/ton) decreases.
The producer’s offers are now at SAR6338/ton ($1690/ton)for LDPE, SAR5250/ton ($1340/ton)for HDPE b/m, SAR5625/ton ($1500/ton) for raffia and inj., SAR6075 ($1620/ton)for fibre, SAR5775/ton ($1540/ton) for film all on FD, Jeddah.
