Saudi suppliers reveal August PP, PE offers to N. Africa

In North Africa, a Saudi producer lowered its August offers to Morocco by €10/ton for LDPE film while increasing its PP raffia and inj. offers by €10-30/ton.
The producer’s latest offers stand at €1040/ton for LDPE film, and €1140/ton for PP raffia and inj. as well as HDPE film and b/m, all on a CIF Casablanca, Morocco, 90 days basis.
As for Algeria, Saudi major announced its August offers with decreases ranging between $20/ton and $30/ton at €1350/ton for PP raffia and inj., $1390/ton for PP film, $1520/ton for PPBC inj., $1200/ton for LLDPE c4 film, $1290/ton for LDPE film, and $1330/ton for HDPE film, all on a CIF Algeria, 90 days basis.
"The new offers came in line with our previous expectations; however, we are cautious about our purchases as the current prices are still high," commented the source.
