Shandong Yangmeihengtong restarts its PVC unit

According to media reports, Shandong Yangmeihengtong Chemical Co. recently restarted its 300,000 tons/year PVC unit. The unit was shut for maintenance on December 12.
Meanwhile, a carbide-based PVC producer, Shandong Dongyue, is also planning to shut its PVC unit in mid-January for maintenance. The unit has a production capacity of 120,000 tons/year.
