South Korea’s YNCC restarts its No.2 steam cracker

Market sources report that South Korea’s Yeochun Naphtha Cracking Center (YNCC) resumed production at its No.2 naphtha-based steam cracker Yeosu following an annual maintenance. The company had shut the cracker on March 10.
The No.2 cracker can produce 580,000 tons/year of ethylene and 270,000 tons/year of propylene.
