TPC Group announces initial June butadiene contract in US

According to market sources, TPC Group announced an initial June butadiene contract in the US. The new contract has been announced at 60 cents/lb ($1322/ton), down 4 cents/lb ($88/ton) from its May contract price.
Nominations from other US producers, ExxonMobil, LyondellBasell and Shell, are yet to be revealed.
In the US, spot butadiene prices were last reported at around 63.5 cents/lb ($1400/ton) on CIF US Gulf Coast basis.
