Taiwan’s Formosa, S. Korea’s YNCC settle August BD contracts

According to market sources, Taiwan’s Formosa Petrochemical Corp. and South Korea’s Yeochun Naphtha Cracking Center (YNCC) have settled their butadiene contracts for August in Asia. Formosa settled their August contract at $878/ton, down by $237/ton from the previous month.

YNCC’s new settlement, meanwhile, is standing at $939/ton, down $227/ton from July.
