Taiwan’s Grand Pacific takes styrene plant offline

Market sources report that Taiwan’s Grand Pacific Petrochemical Corp. shut its No 2 styrene plant at Tashe due to a planned maintenance.
The maintenance reportedly started on February 15.
The No 2 plant has a production capacity of 130,000 tons/year. The company also has another styrene plant at the same site with a capacity of 240,000 tons/year.
