Trinseo announces Jan PS, ABS offers in Europe

According to a statement on the company’s website, Trinseo announced its new PS and ABS offers with respective increases of €135/ton ($166/ton with the current parity) and €400/ton ($493/ton) effective as of January 1st. The producer also applied increases of €300/ton ($370/ton) for PC and €170/ton ($210/ton) for SAN prices.
The producer’s pricing policy followed higher styrene and butadiene contracts for January in Europe.
Earlier in the week, Ineos Styrolution revealed its January offers with three-digit increases for PS.
