Trinseo’s acquisition of Italian API complete

According to a release on the company’s website, Trinseo completed the acquisition of Italian soft plastics manufacturer, Applicazioni Plastiche Industriali S.p.A. (API), on July 10.
This acquisition includes API’s factory and research laboratory in Mussolente, Italy, as well as its business, employees and assets together with API’s board of management and employees.
This is Trinseo’s first acquisition since 2010.
