Turkey’s home sales surge in October year-on-year
Istanbul had the highest share of home sales with 18.5% and 27,156 sold house, followed by Ankara (9.2%) with 13,430 units and Izmir (5.1%) with 7,419 units.
In October, new home sales had a 51.1% share of all house sales with 74,815 units, up by 31.3% compared to the same month of the previous year. Istanbul recorded the highest number of new home sales with 13,978 units, followed by 5,810 new sales in Ankara and 3,772 units in Izmir.
