Turkey terminates anti-dumping investigation on Saudi LDPE imports

According to a decree published on the Turkish Official Gazette on March 26, 2022, the Ministry of Trade terminated the anti-dumping investigation on LDPE imports (with HS code 3901.10.90.00.11) from the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
The investigation was launched in October 2020 following an application made by the domestic producer Petkim Petrokimya Holding AS and was carried out by the Import General Directorate of the Ministry of Commerce.
Accordingly, the Board for the Prevention Of Unfair Competition In Imports has decided to terminate the investigation upon withdrawal of the petition by the domestic producer with no safeguard measure imposed.
