US PE offered higher for Aug in South Africa
“We raised our offers in line with the globally firming trend. One of the major problems in South Africa is now the parity fluctuations as the rand continues to depreciate against the US dollar, which is hindering the import activity. Meanwhile, the local producer, Sasol, has rolled over their offers for August and supplies are good for all grades," commented the trader.
