US retail sales rise in April
The rise in the country’s retail sales in April was mainly led by a rebound in auto sales by 0.7% in April after a fall of 0.5% in March. Sales at service stations and at building materials stores also increased by 0.2% and 1.2% after respective drops 0.4% and 1.75% in March.
