According to market sources, Brazilian petrochemicals company Unipar Carbocloro completed the acquisition of a 70.59% stake of Argentinean PVC company, Solvay Indupa for $202 million.

Solvay Indupa has a PVC production capacity of 220,000 tons/year in Bahia Blanca, Argentina and 290,000 tons/year in Santo Andre, Brazil, sources said.
