Vestolit cuts allocation for VCM and PVC in Marl, Germany

According to a source close to the company, Vestolit has put allocation on its customers both for PVC and VCM regarding a disruption in VCM output in Marl, Germany. The source reported that the producer will start delivering normally only by the last week of November.
The producer has a production capacity of 400,000 tons/year for VCM and 207,000 tons/year for S-PVC at the site.
