Vietnamese producer announces local PVC offers for December

A source from a Vietnamese PVC producer reported that they increased their December offers to the local market by VND400,000/ton ($17/ton with the recent parity) from November.
The producer’s December PVC k67 offers currently stand at VND20,800,000-20,900,000/ton ($894-899/ton) on an FD Vietnam, cash basis.
“We elected to apply a similar pricing policy with a major Taiwanese producer and lifted our December offers slightly to our local market,” the source noted.
