LATEST NEWS: Taiwanese major announces Dec PVC prices to Asia
The producer cut its CIF China PVC K67 offer by $20/ton from November to $760/ton, while lowering the FOB Taiwan level by $10/ton to $720/ton. Their December K67 offer to Vietnam stood at $735-745/ton CIF, according to players.
Contrary to other regions, the producer raised its December price by $10/ton to $810/ton CIF India, attributed to higher freight costs. The price hike to India also aligns with ongoing developments regarding India’s potential imposition of an anti-dumping duty (ADD) of $74/ton on the Taiwanese major’s PVC material.
In the meantime, the producer has opted not to offer any volume discounts for December shipments.
