LATEST NEWS: Production updates on Anwil’s PVC plant in Europe

According to a source close to the company, Poland’s Anwil has resumed operations at its PVC plant in Wloclawek albeit at reduces rates. The company had to shut the plant for two weeks due to a feedstock disruption of chlorine.
The source said, “There are no signs of a possible force majeure on the output from the plant for the time being. Contractual customers are receiving their regular quotations while the company is delivering limited allocations to the spot market.”
The plant has a combined PVC capacity of 340,000 tons/year while it produces k58, k70 and k67.
